Meeting Richard, the owner, was a pleasure. Everything was perfect. The electric blankets were a nice touch and greatly appreciated. The availability of slippers and bath robes added to the comfort. The lodge's location was magnificent, with plenty of nearby pubs, restaurants, shops, and beautiful countryside. , the proximity to the coast was a bonus. I had a great coffee at Harrison's, just a 5-minute walk away.

I loved the attention to detail at this charming accommodation. From the luxurious bathrobes and slippers to the well-stocked kitchen, everything was thoughtfully provided. The complimentary food on arrival was a pleasant surprise. The Lodge's location was ideal for exploring the area and visiting family. The hosts were fantastic, making us feel welcome and offering helpful assistance. I highly recommend this fantastic place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Our experience here was REALLY COMFORTABLE, we would recomand it to anyone. Came in Newcastle Emlyn to explore new places, this apartment was ideal base for making it happen. Quiet atmosphere, Richard the owner has done above and beyond for us. Liked private bathroom. Could see street from the window. We could go to Coopers Arms just 400 metres away.

It's a great place for a short break and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, Richard took great care of us and it was beautiful driving to the beach; we stayed for 4 nights and would definitely come back.

The Lodge offers a range of excellent facilities and amenities, making it perfect for families. The self-contained apartment with a well-equipped kitchenette allows for flexibility in meal options. The wood burner in the well-furnished living area adds a cozy touch, while the large upper storey bedroom with an en-suite provides ample space. The presence of a pleasant outdoor space or balcony offers a serene setting on warm days. Additionally, the parking availability and welcoming neighboring owners enhance the overall experience.

Felt extremely welcomed, no complaints whatsoever.

The welcoming attitude of the landlord was exceptional. They even provided us with a food pack including fresh eggs, bread, butter, coffee, and more. We felt truly welcomed and appreciated. The apartments were beautifully maintained and tidy, offering a comfortable and large bed. The private yard was a great addition for some outdoor relaxation.- The location was perfect, with just a short walk to town for cafes and bars. It was also conveniently located within a reasonable distance to Aberporth beach, New Quay, and Cardigan.

The only concern was that the stairs in the apartment were a bit steep, which might pose a challenge for those with limited mobility or unsteady feet. However, it didn't affect our overall comfort during the stay.

We had a fantastic stay in Newcastle Emlyn. The location of The Lodge was marvelous, being close to local amenities, the castle walk, the coast, river valleys. We even had the opportunity to meet the owner, who provided us with some great tips.

The location was excellent, just a short walk to cafes and bars in town. I especially loved the little terrace off the bedroom, perfect for enjoying the morning sun. The apartment had everything we needed, from cooking essentials to a cozy fireplace. I highly recommend this place!

The massive comfortable bed was definitely the highlight of our stay. It provided a great night's sleep. The cleanliness of the apartment was outstanding, with quality linen and towels provided. The steepness and narrowness of the stairs, which could be problematic for those with limited mobility. However, the presence of toilet facilities on both floors helped minimize the need to use the stairs.

The owner gave us a tour of the property, we were able to cook our own meals in the kitchen, and the view from the window overlooked the street.

The shower lacks power, but this is just a minor inconvenience in an otherwise delightful experience.
